Amazing Mandalas!

Students learned about radial symmetry through the creation of mandalas. This is a very medatative art form in which students are allowed to relax and enjoy listening to their music while focusing on developing patterns and designs. It's amazing how simple patterns can create elaborate artworks. Students start with a "seed" at the center and let them grow into these beautiful finished projects.
