Waring's Challenge is an independent art challenge in which students will practice skills that they have been learning in the art room.

The first semester of school has a focus on Value and Value Gradation in art, so many of these activites employ these techniques.

 

Students are also encouraged to use overlapping blending techniques to create smooth transitions between colors.
